1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
- Please contact us as soon as possible via your order
- If the order has not shipped, a full refund will be issued
After Dispatch
If your order has already been shipped:
- You may still cancel under your 14-day cooling-off period (UK consumer law)
- The item must be returned in line with our returns policy
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
2. Returns
Change of Mind
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- It is in resalable condition
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note:
- Return postage is paid by the buyer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos.
We will:
- Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
- Cover return postage where applicable

Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
3. Exchanges

For change-of-mind exchanges:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Non-Returnable Items
