Vendors receive 92% of the final sale value of items sold through our marketplace. A commission of 8% is retained by the marketplace to cover platform and administration costs.
Vendors may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time through their vendor dashboard. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed once per week, with payments normally being made on Fridays.
Please ensure your payment details are correct before requesting a withdrawal. While we aim to process all approved withdrawal requests on Friday, occasional delays may occur due to bank holidays, payment provider issues, or additional verification requirements.
By using the marketplace, vendors agree to these withdrawal and commission terms.
