Solid used condition with no major damage – just general wear from use.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible via your order.

If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch
If your order has already been shipped:

You may still cancel under your 14-day cooling-off period (in line with UK consumer law).
The item must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused
It is in its original packaging
It is in resalable condition

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note:

Return postage is paid by the buyer
